Privacy & TermsInformation CollectionKMX Karts is the sole owner of the information collected on kmxus.com. KMX Karts collects information from our users at several different points on our Web site. OrderingWe request information from the user on our order form. A user must provide contact information (such as name, email, and shipping address) and financial information (such as credit card number, expiration date). This information is used for billing purposes and to fulfill customer orders. If we have trouble processing an order, the information is used to contact the user. We also use this information to contact the customer about our products for which he/she has expressed interest.Information UseProfileWe store information that we collect through cookies, and log files to create a profile of our users. A profile is stored information that we keep on individual users that details their viewing preferences. Consequently, collected information is tied to the users personally identifiable information to improve the content of the site for the user. This profile is used to tailor a users visit to our Web site. We do not share your profile with other third parties.CookiesA cookie is a piece of data stored on the users computer tied to information about the user. We use session ID cookies to track a users visit to our Web Site. Log FilesLike most standard Web site servers we use log files. This includes internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, internet service provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, platform type, date/time stamp, and number of clicks to analyze trends, administer the site, track users movement in the aggregate, and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use. IP addresses, etc. are not linked to personally identifiable information.Ordering PoliciesDelivery PolicyWhen ordering, products will be dispatched within 72 hours of order.Refund/Replacement and Cancellation termsBuy a KMX and take it for a spin on your own turf. If you are not completely satisfied, return it within 30 days and we will refund your purchase price (less shipping expenses). All we ask is that you return the Kart in an undamaged condition, disassembled as you received it in its original shipping box and pay all return shipping costs to KMX.CurrencyTransactions are tendered in Pounds Sterling only (GBP).Export RestrictionsKMX Karts products have no export restrictions.Communications from the SiteSpecial Offers and UpdatesWe send all new members a welcoming email to verify password and username.
